PROGRAMME BY-LAW

1. A Contraption is a chain of different 'ENERGY CONVERSION' steps, in which one steps triggers the next one leading to completion of final task.
2. This event requires simple class room ideas along with innovation that can make the solution as complicated and fascinating as possible.
3. Contraption is all about making most complicated solution to a simple problem.
4. This contraption is designed to pull students away from conventional problem solving and push them into the endless chaos of imagination and intuitive thought.

Event description

1. The event proposed is meant to be set and performed in main drawing hall at 3 rd floor.
2. Expected numbers of shows are 5 per day.
3. Conventional contraption concepts are demolished here and a cult contraption experience is expected.
4. Rather than congesting the event in 2 dimensions, we are planning to extend to several dimensions.
5. Maximum number of spectators allowed per show is 30-40.
6. Ticket price - Rs 10.

Race is all about being dirt?! If you have everything under control,you’re not moving fast. Roll your cycles in dirt with your friend. A twin experience in bicycle race!! “When nothing goes right ……..TAKE LEFT”.

Rules and Regulations

1. Riders must complete the entire distance of the race track within the maximum time provided by the authority, if any violation from this time limit occurs ,he/she shall be disqualified.
2. This event is a team up of 2 riders.
3. There will be many obstacles in the track.
4. A rider is not permitted to take any shortcuts or to omit a task.
5. If a rider exits the track for any reason, he/she will be disqualified.
6. A rider must not use offensive or abusive language, act in an anti-sporting manner, be disrespectful to the officials or ignore the race regulations may lead to disqualification.
7. A rider must act in a polite manner at all times.
8. Participants should enter the race at their own risk.
9. If any mechanical damage to the cycle occurs during race time no extra chance will be provided.
10. Used Jersey will be provided for the riders by the committee.
11. Damage to the cycle and riding accessories will be the responsibilities of the rider.
12. Race committee has the full authority to make any decision and this verdict is final.
13. If registration is once done, there will be no refund.
14. Registration fees is RS 100/-

Rules and Regulations

1. Registration must be done before the event.
2. Group of 2 members are permitted.
3. All the tools will be provided by the committee.
4. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the hall.
5. Participants are not allowed to bring any tools.
6. The maximum time limit is 15 minutes.
7. The decision of judges will be final.

2. Certificates will be provided to the participants.
3. Venue: Mechanical block.
4. Batches of 15 students are scheduled for each session.
5. Two Workshop Sessions of 1 hour each for both two wheelers and four wheelers.
6. Last date for registration 24-11- 2017

3. 2 ATTEMPTS IS PROVIDED ON EACH VEHICLE
4. IN FINAL ROUND THERE WILL BE 5 ATTEMPTS AND WHO START MORE TIMES WILL BE THE WINNER.
5. IF THE PARTICIPANT FAIL TO START THE VEHICLE THEN THEY ARE DISQUALIFIED
6. IF 2 CONCEQUTIVE WINNERS ARE SELECTED THEN THEY MAY KICK START THE VEHICLE AGAIN
7. 1 ST and 2 ND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED
8. REGISTRATION FEE: 20 Rs.
